Apparently junk bond issuance has hit record levels. Both junk bonds and stocks have taken on a distinctly "crazy" feel. But I have learned that such craziness can last longer and go further than even the wildest bulls expect.

The one certain thing is that the crazier things get on the upside, the crazier they will get on the downside when the trend shifts.
