The Seattle Times and Sound Politics both say tonight the rumor is Gregoire is ahead by 8 ballots and will win the recount....

The Supreme Court of WA meets tomorrow AM to decide the fate of the 700++ (so many "found" ballots they are all a blur by now)

It truly is "utterly disgusting"...

It would be interesting to know what the legal basis would be for a recall election of Gregoire, assuming she is seated.

I can't believe anyone will view her as having won legitimately, if she does indeed end up with more votes.
