i think his wife told him he had a problem and to quit. Bushy had some direction and found prayer to help. I expect his higher power helped him quit same as the big book in AA.

His biggest help came from someone he loved very much and loved her more than the bottle. So he quit! Many others cannot quit and lose every thing. He quit and became president of the United States.. not bad!!
