KOSN was certainly my loser.

And also provides what I see as a good lesson in biotech investing - if I look back to the beginning of the year, I see no warning signs (even in retrospect) that might have suggested it wasn't a perfectly good portfolio candidate. (Don't think I'd say the same about BTRN <g>).

Hence the need for diversification...
