UPDATE: Elections Superintendent Bill Huennekens explained that the residents of the Elections office are "homeless individuals", and that there is a special section of the administrative code which allows for that. >>>> Just how many of those 500 homeless individuals are going to go out on their own to vote for the same governor who is somehow responsible for their present condition.
