Peter the Jury can weight all the evidence, but we can evaluate parts of it. Based upon the evidence so far, and the defense so far, its clear to almost anyone, that Extortion occured with NSOL. You were involved with working with Elgindy during NSOL, and you traded the stock, and bought the cheap shares from Elgindy.

I don't expect you to comment. But if you were not involved with NSOL personally it would be clear to you, as it is to the rest.

You are not unbiased on NSOL, would you agree on that?
