I'm sticking to what's on the docket, you're continually bringing up stuff that doesn't exist on it. So, "What's your deal other than to keep the board off topic" applies to yourself, not me. "I clearly defined what was applicable and then cut & paste the statutes in their entirety to put them in context." You didn't clearly define squat. You have a bunch of extraneous renewal garbage in there that doesn't even relate. Maybe, in your own little words, you can explain to us the monumental scope of your understanding as it relates to what's in court, in the real world? But ... alas ... you don't really understand what you pasted. Which is why you're sticking to it, unable to find an explanation.

Extortion is not off-topic, silly Pugs. It's actually one of the charges. Now e-x-t-o-r-t-i-o-n does contain 9 letters and t-e-r-r-o-r-i-s-m also contain 9 letters. They both have an 'e' and an 'i' and even share 'r's and 'o's. Is that what's confusing you? Maybe if you paste a whole bunch of paragraphs from the Bureau of Land Management or maybe the Federal Labeling Requirements, you can look more credible and important, too. <g>
