- They see the automotive market developing in '06.

They also added there are some new government requirements taking effect then, I believe they said both here and abroad.

Perhaps someone heard better than me?

My only problem is that Herb is usually

correct on his calls and I think it is because he is like the "Bob Woodward" of stocks: one who gets information from "Deep Throats".

Although the financials are impressive, I do have concerns about the growth in payables and the fact that most of the cash in the bank came from a stock offering.

If it were not for my sad experience of having bet against Herb and losing big time in the past, I would blow him off as a party crasher. As such, I decided to hedge the short term downside buying out of the money short term puts. Just call it insurance against bad news. You just never know. But the more I think about it, the turnover in CFO's and the rise in payables for a company that is showing potential for a record breaking future is a bit weird. And, the new CFO wasn't all that impressive when you think about it. By that, I mean that he had plenty of time to get into the saddle and be familar with the facts. Afterall, this is a simple business at this juncture given that it didn't even have its own fab. So, what's to learn.

I'm not bashing, just exercising caution. Herb has too many sources of information to be blown off as a quack. That's what they did with Woodard and Bernstein at the beginning of the Watergate mess.

But, this is just my take on the subject for what it is worth which I am sure most on this board would consider worthless.
