Merry Christmas All .. I got exactly what I wanted for Christmas and so did Anne. Our POWER back on !!! We were without power since 3:30 am on Wed. I boiled water in huge pots and stock pots to carry to the birds room to keep them warm. Used an outdoor turkey fryer in the house to heat it. And LPG construction heaters in other rooms. Finding Propane was a problem as well. -8 outside temp. was the coldest morning here. We worked on shift work since Wed. It was a Blast! It was kinda like camping. :) The birds never knew the difference. I think they thought they were at a resort sauna. Sophia still took her bath in 35 degree water, like it made no difference to her, and ... While we yelled at her. Silly MaCaw! Yes she was the sick one. Ice is every where here covering all the trees and ... virtually everything. 270,000 homes and businesses without power here at one point. Still about 170,000 or so still without power last I heard. We Also got memories not soon forgotten. I'm off for another Hot Shower now! Another Very Special Holiday Gift! It's funny how much those Little things in life are appreciated! But ... We both wish to offer up this Very Special Holiday .... YEEEEEEHAAAAAAWWWWWWW to Ya'll !!!!! Ray
