It was pure luck.

I'd like to think that between now and late Feb it hits $8.

My theory is that the housing market is gonna come to a halt soon if it hasn't already and we still have the little problem of too many good chasing too few dollars (deflation scenario). So my bullishness about small stocks like HAUP won't last much longer.
