Now surely you would not be in favor of allowing the franchise to such ignorant and violent people? You know, it really should be restricted to we refined Californians- -and only those huddled around San Drancisco Bay at that. Most of the rest of the state IS red, after all. We can't have THAT! They might vote wrong! Those other 49 states would make good colonies, I think. :-)
