The courts do not get involved when they say count the ballots. Their impact is only felt when they say don't count the ballots, like they did in Florida. Even though the courts said count all the ballots, Gregoire has a ten vote lead without counting them. So it appears that Rossi's last chance to win are those 700 ballots that have not been counted. They'll be counted today...and who knows they may go to Rossi's column. So in a way the court voted in favor of democracy and giving Rossi one last chance after all. Good Luck. Orca
