Bingo. In the most famous twin study, which was criticized for methodological flaws, the correlation between genetics and sexual orientation is 50%. It is probably lower. In boarding schools and prisons, any number of people, male and female, engage in homosexual activity because they are not in a position to obtain their customary partners, and revert to heterosexuality when they are able to. Sure, genetics is not the only kind of virtual predetermination, as long as one cannot overthrow the inclination in adulthood. But there are a lot of people who can do it, and sometimes do, who do not seem to be predetermined.
