Ray, they might not agree, but they should see what happened to Warswaw [and most other places where military restraint is cast aside in tribal genocidal war] when there was an uprising. Fallujah's uprising didn't result in mass annihilation of the citizens.

I think benign is still a fair description of USA activities in Iraq. Maybe you haven't heard of Nanking, Pol Pot, Mao, Stalin, Idi, Pinochet and a LOT more besides, without delving too far back in history.
