Hi Gush,

The ADX is an indicator that I have looked at. It has seemed very promising, but I have not really studied it well enough to feel comfortable using it to guide things significantly.

Again, it would certainly help me if you could post some things about ADX with some examples, maybe follow the stocks as they develop, help sort out what went wrong, what went right, and why, and so forth.

One thing I have discovered about trading.... in a strongly trending market (either way), my trading "batting average" increases markedly. I suspect this mostly relates to the "rising tide lifts all boats" phenomena. So, a reliable way to assess trend strength and how that may be fluctuating is a plus.
