Unfortunate stillborn, or congratulatory but weighty 1,000,000,000 lbs healthy, kicking and screaming for nourishing milk, or equally unfortunate Mom meets complications in Walmart bathroom while dependent on the kindness of Abdullah for oil and the generosity of Watanabi-san for credit.
All are possibilities, none priced in as yet, IMO.>

And, in the spirit of Xmas and bearing in mind the Rapture, the Second Coming, Armageddon and the Creation of a World government = the Prequel, .... it's timely to say that that is precisely what is happening, and Armageddon is not actually very far from Baghdad in Iraq, the ancient centre of civilisation and Babylon carryings-on. The 3D movie is years and decades long, but it's gripping reality tv and we all get to be actors with bit parts.
I happened to meet a bloke on Xmas eve who ran a bunch of companies in Kuwait and one of the companies he ran was the Saddam airport builder. He was very well-informed about all sorts of things about Kuwait, where most of his family live/lived - they are Indians though long-established in Kuwait. They had Iraqi soldiers stomping around their enormous luxury mansion/palace, gawping. He, his wife and two daughters left for New Zealand in 1994 [there is something appealing about this place, which is presumably something to do with why NZ property prices have increased greatly over the last few years].
I haven't checked the Revelations story myself to see just how accurately 3D things are matching olde worlde guesstimates, but I detect a slight correlation.
Humans have generally lived with, mated with, and dealt with, and culturally developed among, those who lived within a day's walk or ride. But over the centuries, agglomerations of multi-level political systems have developed taking up greater and greater areas, with recent efforts spanning the globe, the British Empire being the world champion of outright political power, but the PNAC being the world champion in cash flow and economic integration.
As the Japanese found, an empire is much better established via cash flow than bayonet, sword and bullet. Cash flow engenders co-operation. Dismemberment reduces production, productivity and even causes some resistance and costs.
Now, China, Taiwan, Bora Bora, New Zealand the PNAC, not to mention Vladimir Putin, the Euros and the Arabian Nights zone with an Aladdin's Cave full of oil treasure, are working out how to do what people have done within a day's walk or ride of each other = form a geopolitical system in which cash flow and DNA rituals can follow their force fields. The world is too small to avoid integration. Nowhere is self-contained. Not even North Korea.
I expect a 7,000,000,000 lb baby being born. A really large size Xmas birth. To live in a 200 room house. Through which I hope the Armageddon soldiers don't come raiding.
Though whether the baby should be Islamic or Christian or something else altogether remains to be seen. There might be some squabbling in the Armageddon area over the baptism procedures, leading to all out carnage and in fact the second coming, with the individual being sacrificed by the all-powerful state.
