The ones I am cooking today are farm raised hybrids. They look pretty, will let you know how they taste. naturescatch.com I think it may be too late in the year for commercially caught wild rockfish. Have been trying to figure out the regs and gave up -- there appear to be different regs depending on the water body. Wild fish tend to be better than farm raised but I like the idea of farm raised, they are more ecological, and I think a lot depends on the quality of the feed and the water.
