It appears to me that your author agrees with me. The silver lining is that he apparently found 20% of the population as having the courage to stand up for their principles and to weigh the value of the evidence on its own merits. My observations are that it is more like 2%, but maybe the quiet people, who generally keep their opinions to themselves are among his 20%.
