Of course the U.S. has the right to defend itself and they were threatened and attacked by Saddam drunk on his own version of Islamic whiskey, i.e. rhetoric. For starters I would have nuked Baghdad and then followed quickly with Medina if they would not have smartened up and then last but not least Mecca. Reduce the symbols of their culture to smooth clear glass as a reminder we don't like to and won't be pushed around by desert bred thugs. Very best regards...
