The fact that nobody has yet discussed a tsunami on this obscure political thread is hardly a sign of culpability on the part of this hemisphere, or the United States, or Western Civilization, or whomever it is you are implicating as being "us".

There's no need to try to make innocent people feel guilty for a natural disaster. That doesn't help anything.
