Foreign notes - Results with most precincts reporting in By Scott W. Clark As of right now, The central Election Commission has processed 97.91% of the protocols. According to the, 52.4% (14843858 votes) supported Viktor Yushchenko and 43.81% (12411540 votes) supported Viktor Yanukovych. It is not the landslide that was thought this morning but it is still a pretty decent pummeling of Yanukovych. Yanukovych's campaing manager, Tara Chornovil, is saying that they have no demonstrations planned. I think they don't have enough money in the budget anymore for their version of a spontaneous uprising.
