Rambi, as a fellow wino <vvvbg> I have always been partial to these winged corkscrews as pictured acehardware.com I've also found them at supermarkets. In fact, I have hardly been in any type of general store that doesn't sell them. Re durian, we all still have bizarre minds. We don't lose those. We need only to remember to exercise them to keep them humming merrily along. I am now inspired to go rummaging back through this thread and the Quintex threads, et al, and find some posts re meals made from aging contents found in freezers and La Shell's eggplant surprise . . . and possums. - Holly p.s.
