I don't think very many people are going to vote in the Iraqi election. Less than one percent of the populace is registered to vote right now. Whether it is just the Sunnis who pull out, or other parties as well, it will be hard to have a meaningful election with such low representation (much, much lower than in the apathetic U.S. even).

So are you entertaining the belief that there will be elections in Iraq and a democratic style of government will be voted in and there will be peace? Or what?
