Mish, McCulley was real big on advocating the printing press route, and now these points 1-11. It is good to know that the man has a job at Pimco, an influential outfit, for this way we can better game the future, at a profit, playing against idiots.

McCulley is sincere, but insane, and wonderful to have around.
