OT John. We have had at least one Honda in the family continually since 1975, many years two. I have had a couple of Preludes, Accords, my wife has had Civic's, del Sol, and currently CRV. I have migrated to Toyota family products, but either company supplies great, quality product. Cheers, Edit: We have always bought new, but I would have no reservations about buying used from either company.

And yes, I would take Ogi's advice and buy a used one from a Honda or Toyota dealership (if you can), even if it's one or two years old.
