i think all the tape recordings we heard from cell phones , black box would support the fact that the passengers took over the plane and it crashed. It is amazing how much stamina he has to make the trip to Iraq, visit all the troops and not have misspoken even more. I believe the general interpretation is that the terrorists crashed the plane rather than let the passengers retake control of it, and that's what Rummy was thinking of when he spoke of it being shot down.
