I didn't do it to myself.
I just placed one person on ignore.
Later, for kicks, I put another on ignore.

After that, sometimes the wrong poster would show an ignored message,
or the ignored poster's message would be visible.
Once, right after I submitted a public post, when I went back to look at it, it showed "ignored message."

I'm reasonably confidant this wasn't OPERATOR error.<g>

Dave, I think exchanging posts with someone and then putting him/her on ignore ... will cause both the "to" and "from" messages to show as "Ignored Message". Why make an exception if you're the author?

However, you could/should prevent posting public messages to someone *already* on ignore ... like it is for PMs.
