Don't know if you knew this but many fast growing sunbelt markets have been close to bankrupt lately and have been approving all construction projects as to keep the revenue base growing at a fast enough pace to try and match skyrocketing expenditures. Ft Lauderdale comes to mind as a prime example which would shock anyone who visited the area and saw the incredible wealth and boom in high end construction projects. that is interesting and it makes sense. ave you seen any articles on this?
