I expect that most of those mail service voters are live aboard boaters and RV'ers that might not have a "residence" and a regular postal service. Should these citizens be denied the vote?

Invalidating just these 500 likely fraudulent registrations and the associated votes would give the election to Rossi:

You assume that you know how these 500 folks voted. LOL. Presumption as fact again.

I suspected in FL in 00 but am now firmly convinced after King county that hand counting simply shouldn't be allowed either. Lets call it a national IQ test, you fill the damn ballot out properly so the machine can read it or your vote doesn't count. This crap of trying to determine what people were trying to do when voting is nonsense. Sending votes off to a 3 person committee favoring a party 2 to 1 is just asking for vote creation. Fill it out correctly or your vote doesn't count.

Seems rather simple to me.
