SWTX 1.40 2005 Stock 13m out but closer to 37m counting dil

I think they have straightened out now and profits last qtr a big plus. Lots of neat stuff under the hood here.

I joined you in PTHO, Gary. I think this is only the second time in my life I've bought a pink sheet stock. The first pink sheet stock I bought is now on the NASD NM trading at 37+ a share. They did a reverse 1 for 10 many years ago to get on the NASD SC and then eventually were promoted to the NM.

It happens.
