Actually, many if not most liveaboards must use a mailbox business for their mail. Furthermore, if the contention on this thread is that it would benefit the Republican cause to exclude people who must use PO boxes and mailbox businesses, I don't know if that's the case. Many people in rural locations must pick up their mail at central locations, and rural votes tend to go Republican. Also, moorage and boats are expensive, and it wouldn't surprise me if the majority of liveaboards who use mailbox franchises are Republican since traditionally speaking a majority of well-off people vote R., so it's hard to see what's actually being debated here.
