Subject 54574 It should be visible only when you're browsing a Subject. Right above the header, "Add SubjectMark" should be the first link, followed by "Hide Original Post" and "Show Chart". I think the old version had links to add subjectmarks and peoplemarks while reading single messages, but since I'm crowding my "clutter limit" already by having added things like "Prvt Reply", "Mark as Last Read", and "File", I decided it was better to make people have to go to subject or profile pages to do their subject/people-marking rather than add to the clutter of the message page.
