Yes, indeed. But these developing economies have a fear of U.S. dominating the world after a successful invasion of Iraq and then Iran. Then the dollar will be still more powerful a global currency. The risk to investors comes from the U.S. trying to execute its strategy of controlling oilfields (through "friendly" regimes) and eventually failing. If the U.S. fails dollar value of every asset/commodity will rise. Then the U.S. will have no option but to declare moratorium on international debt.
