Rather supports the theory that with wealth comes better educated people and the means to understand and protect against that which gives harm. That is one of the main reasons I am a conservative. I want everybody in the world to have access to those things that wealth affords in order to protect and sustain humanity. Without them people die by the thousands. Look at the 4 hurricanes in FL this past year. Without the resources to warn, protect and support the people, thousands would have died instead of the few that did. (not to denigrate their loss, but I think you know what I mean)
