I believe that they see stability as a reasonable goal, inasmuch as most OPEC countries are surprisingly indebted due to large infrastructure and social commitments of their governments. Stability is a very worthy goal. Somebody ought to let George Bush know this before he goes off half cocked and starts to whack Syria or Iran just to show the world how big his Dick is..... Dick Cheney, I mean. <wink>
