Bubba, Mao turned to the USA for economic aid? Begging? Or do you mean Mao's MAD communists would have allowed private enterprise to build factories in China, teach Chinese how to work in them, then take the profits out of China? Fat chance.

India did the same as China for decades. India was a black hole for money. If it went in, it wasn't allowed out. India was a democracy, so they voted for their poverty. China was totalitarian, so they got poverty whether they wanted it or not.

You might be so arrogant to think that jobs such as < mere coolies worthy to be on welfare and be cooks, servants, laundries, and work on the railroads > are to be denigrated as somehow unworthy. You needed to do some time in the countryside actually working.

My family and I are or have been cooks, servants, working on railroads [and a lot more besides such as grinding concrete, cleaning out muck, loading cement, [by hand]]. You obviously don't know what real work is about or you wouldn't be so arrogant as to think such jobs are somehow unworthy.

Some people are only fit to be on welfare, but not normal people. Even people with mental and physical handicaps can do something useful. At the Auckland Sheltered Workshops, were I was a driver and supervisor, quite disabled people could still do something useful and have a sense of achievement. You obviously have a weird sense of the worth of people if you think welfare is a place for any normal person - lumping welfare people in with cooks and servants.

<Don't be so thick as to deny any of this. Just remember the denigrading and racist words you used to say about the Maorists. I know your kind. Prove me wrong and tell us how you have wasted half your wealth for the good of the Maorists. >

I know your ilk Bubba. Arrogant and denigrating. And confused. I can't be bothered dignifying your stupidity by trying to prove you wrong - how presumptuous of you. Go try and read again if you want to understand better. You think you are some kind of superior judge? Why on Earth would I want to waste even a brass razoo for the good of the Maorists? But as it happens, a LOT of Maoris are benefitting from my wealth. In fact, all of them are.

I have been instrumental in getting CDMA into New Zealand, I've built water supply, roads and electricity systems for Maoris and everyone else. I've supplied fuels, lubricants, chemicals, bitumen and other stuff for thousands of factories producing goods for millions of people. Heck, hundreds of millions, if not billions, of people on Earth have used products made with components made by companies which I've supplied. I've more than done my bit mate. But I haven't finished yet. My plans include something that everyone on Earth will use. How about Globalstar? Maorists can use that now too if they like - it covers New Zealand now.

The idea that one should simply hand somebody else money is a weird way of helping them. It's much better for them to earn it by doing something useful. It's an insult to somebody to say they are so pathetic that they are not even worth doing anything and they are fit only to be given some money, "Here's some money, but don't bother doing anything for me because you don't have anything to offer".

Maoris, you don't seem to understand, aren't mental or physical cripples who can't do things. They are perfectly capable of doing useful things. Many don't because they've been seduced by the insult of welfare.

Cruelty had to take place did it? Which cruelty would you justify like that? You think cruelty is good in any circumstances, let alone normal day to day life which you are suggesting, just because there's hardship. There is always inequality, from the instant people are conceived. Where there should not be inequality is in laws for me but not for you, so I get punished and you my money. Unfortunately, governments are very keen on that inequality. Voters vote to take other people's money. Totalitarians decide to take other people's property for the benefit of themselves and their families and associates.

Go suck a kumara!

Mqurice

PS: You are a very rude person. Arrogant people are like that. So, I thought I'd reply in kind.
