And yet, at the end of every day, there is but one planet earth, and the end of history has not arrived, therefore all judgement may well be premature. I think the last emperor of the Tang dynasty was an imbecile for allowing China to slip behind the rest of the world. What's the dude's name? I do not know. Was he a nice guy? I have not a clue. Does it matter? Not really. > True. My words too. Which is why I don't waste much time on historical analysis. The future is arriving soon [maybe in a couple of minutes, or even seconds] so I'd better go and get ready for it, and steer it in a better direction. So Taiwan isn't part of China and whether it was 10, 20, 200, 2000, or 20,000 years ago is irrelevant as is the silly law they are making in China now [about making it illegal for countries China declares to be its own to secede]. What matters is what happens next. Taiwanese seem to not want to be a province of either Japan, or China. The USA seems to think Taiwan shouldn't just be gobbled up either. I can't wait for China's and Russia's manoeuvres on "Chinese territory" next year. They'll need lots of CDMA for communications as they bring peace, light, harmony, happiness, health, prosperity, longevity, fun and love to the manoeuvres areas. I think the USA might like to have some fun and join in the manoeuvres too. Japan might like to join in too. The more the merrier. I wonder if chicken flu will take part in the manoeuvres too. Or sars. This could be a LOT of fun. You might even see some action in your area, lucky guy. I'll have to watch it on TV. Mqurice
