Lakeshore Gold (LSG.v) is merging with Holmer Gold (HGM.v) this weekend. The combined market cap of the two as of Friday's close is ~C$55M. (This compares with a market cap of C$145M for VIA, and C$101M for CKG) LSG is exploring a property in near Timmins, Ont which has indicated resource of 724,000 oz with an uncut grade of 16.45 g/t. Continuing drilling indicates that two zones are open "down plunge". The location suggest good local infrastructure.
