Actually I never lose it but what was happening before 12/2 (the final SI admin warning) was that I used to respond to personal attacks thrown my way in kind from people that did not like my criticism of the Bush big oil puppet criminal administration. That stopped 12/2 as SI admin's warning was quite clear. Seems some other people did not heed that warning even thought it was quite direct to them.
