right at this time 1,400 Swedes are missing or unaccounted for down there. Sweden may be the hardest hit of the tourist nations. A close business friend of mine, who just sold his Finca in Spain was down there to combine the beach with possibly as many Swedes before him buying a condo right on that beach.
I just pray for his best but so far we have no idea of his whereabouts.
Comparing to a whole city of 40,000 flushed away up in NW Sumatra that may not sound like much but having somebody you know well down there at large is still another thing.
Hopefully he will check in soon.
