Hi Jake, I'd be interested in your views and/or if you could fill in the history from my prior post.

I used to follow JOE also and remember there was some kind of deal. I think JOE owned a lot of FLA super voting shares. I may be wrong on that, but I seem to remember there was some controversy when they were getting rid of their FLA shares.
