The vote has been certified. Gregoire by 129 votes. Dino refuses to concede. Calls for a new election. Reed says election was clean, process worked. Now, Dino called for Chris to concede with a margin of 42 votes. Now he's behind by three times that amount after the final count and a certified result. Yet he refuses to concede. Hmmm. I thought you said that Dino was a class act that would not try to hang on if the votes went against him. I guess we're seeing the real Dino now. Orca
