Then the SD could determine which country needs help most at the minute...and of course, that way we would have a better tally of the total amount America gives

frankly i find the talk about who is give how much annoying...the energy spent keeping track tests my sense of positive karma

of course we can thank the norwegian bureaucrat in the UN for making it an issue, but that's water over the dam

for me, the best approach is to find the organization (and there are many) that is doing the most efficient work of relief and then contribute
