Thanks Cb. your post made me think a bit... I believe we owed an obligation to those who were alive, to keep them alive. In short - eliminate as many risks as possible. Consider it a Triage effort. The dead can not be helped. The living can. Along the same lines : a dead body is a piece of dead meat. We have expiration dates on meat we buy. Whats to say that meat left out in 30Celcius (approx 90 Fahrenheit), floating in unsanitory conditions is not harmful ? The academic debate will continue, I am sure.
