re: UKRAINE - Supreme court rejecting all 4 Yanukovich "complaints"

All 4 complaints have been thrown out today.

Reportedly Mr. Yanukovich attacked his campaign manager with a hit against his jawbone... such a "nice and tempered" candidate. He also hit another member of the former cabinet in the face cutting out 2 teeth.

thank god that guy doesnt' become president of the Ukraine.. I read that Yuschenko will probably co-opt the more conciliatory oligarchs with 2 exceptions: Medvedchuk's clan (owning some TV stations and soccer club Dynamo Kiev) and Yanukowich's might be brought to JUSTICE.

I bet there will be some unpleasant revelations for these guys...

It looks like it's time to congratulate candidate Yuschenko and both US parties seem to be firmly backing him. Did you know that Hollywood enfant terrible David Duchnovoy has Ukrainian roots ?
