Certainly "a" straw, whether or not the "last". Pugs is probably "blame-storming" a real good reason for Jay's departure, as we speak. Probably some WLS-AM corporate execs connected to Operation Uptick funneling money through ABC couriers to a Chicago-based Muslim charity used by the FCC as an "ops front".
