Thank you & to all who sent me kind words.

I regret I was unable to help more. Here I am sitting at home, drinking bottled water @ 1 liter/hour. There are thousands in the affected areas, for whom it is a luxury that can not be bought.

The region is expected to have rainfall today - good & bad news : if appropriately collected, it gives drinking water. If let go, it further decomposes the bodies that are being found, and potentially increases risk of water borne disease.

What I experienced, will have an everlasting impact on my life. A few suggestions for those wanting to make donations :
- do not worry about which org you donate to. just dont procrastinate. They are all there in varying degrees, doing good work.
- far as possible, send cash. stuff can be bought with it at a lower cost. sending commodities is not a good idea, due to the cost of getting it there.
