David, an interest bit of news from folks who supposedly know ...

(a) The Beijing central authorities have given the thumbs up to Hong Kong's desire to introduce casinos in competition not so much to Macau, but to other regional casino towns, pragmatically caving in so that the ethnic Chinese gamblers' funds can circulate in Greater China, as opposed to Malaysia, Singapore, Korea, and Las Vegas;

(b) The HK regional authorities mean to implement the incubated idea with gusto, seeking advice from tycoons and moneymen, to do as only HK does, meaning BIGGGGG, GRAND, GAUDY, AND EXPENSIVE.

Now, if true, which I believe to be so, then must begin to anticipate the likely positions of value and vectors of fund flow, so as to occupy locales at exactly the correct place and intercept fund flow at precisely the right time.

Communism, got to love it ;0)
