<What's with all the Maori all of a sudden? What's wrong with English? Let's hear it for Swahili or Outer Mongolian. >

Good grief! Speak of the devil. I have never heard of anyone even remotely interested in Swahili, but last night at a 21st celebration we had dinner with two people who speak Swahili, having lived in Nairobi for about a decade.

I was in racist paradise - Maori, Chinese [most of the people], Swahilian, Euro and other stuff.

Look at this ridiculous effort - they should all use English, or even American, but preferably Kiwi. Message 20886793
What a waste of effort and brainpower to have so many languages, when all they are good for is to communicate.
