Thanks for the info. How widespread is such unpaid letters of credit? And that's just one of many ways to plunder the sweat of one segment of the population. I had often wondered why, with all the economic growth in last five years, I did not see greater spread of wealth when I was in Shanghai, and definitely the wealth is grudgingly slow to spread to the other provinces. I heard of the unpaid laborers by the labor brokers of local constructions, but this one has international roots too.

Is Zhang JinGui caught yet?, or still on the loose?

China government and the rest of the industies should pay attention and crack down on these types of companies. It gives bad name on the quality of goods made in China. Apex is known for low quality product, and the name should soon disappear from the market. It is embarrassing in many ways for China.

One big credit I have to give you is that you do have a very big heart and concerns for the general welfare of the population, not only in China's society but also in the US.
